•    SMEs are adapting to the shock: the value of the composite BCI index returned to the neutral zone and amounted to 50.14 in August.
•    Key risks have materialized, and their perception is becoming less acute now: the average score for assessing the current risks of doing business in Belarus was 3.38 in Au-gust, and the score significantly decreased compared to April 2022 (3.64), reaching the minimum value in the entire history of observations (since December 2020).
