The Lecture covered selected advanced topics in corporate finance, with the focus on real options, and valuation examples. The covered topics: opportunity costs, optimal replacement problem, binomial tree option valuation, risk-neutral valuation, valuation with the Black-Scholes formula, real options in financing problems, types of the options, sources of value.
